Amazing! made linking my shoplift products to my TikTok shop store so simple and easy
Awesome support team. They even customized as per requirements. This app is super cheap considering the benefits it provides. Default tiktok integration app is crap compared to this.

We have used Ownbase on one of our other stores and the functionality and support has been outstanding. They implemented a couple of custom features for us and it works really reliably.

limited functionality
Would you mind sharing more details if there are certain functionalities that you would need? We have tried to reach out to you, but did not receive any response. If you reach out to our Support, we'll be more than happy to address your feedback and request. There are many requests and customizations that we have implemented for our users. So it would be great if you can respond and share with us more details on this.
What makes this app great is not only its simplicity but the support you receive with it! A must use in my opinion.
Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries. We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those. TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier. Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.
I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful. I Would recommend ownbase because its very easy to use, products integrate smoothly with tiktok.
This App has given me so much time back and breathed new life into my business. We sell in a product category on TikTok that has many required fields and I was spending half my week just doing data entry to get our products up. With Ownbase I can cut out most of the busy work and actually focus on marketing my products. Support is great I have emailed several times now with questions and gotten very quick and professional replies. If you are selling on TikTok and need your products to upload faster or your orders/inventory to synch with Shopify stop wasting time with the native integration its horrendous. Do yourself a favor and get the free trial of this app and you'll immediately see how the subscription pays for itself 100 times over in time you will get back!

Terrible inventory sync
Hello, we have been trying to get in touch with you by sending multiple emails to understand more about the issue. But unfortunately, we have not heard back from you. Kindly reach out to our Support or respond to our email, so we can understand the issue and address it.
SOOO easy to use in comparison to other integration/syncing apps! I tried 2 other before this one and was always experiencing syncing issues. Ever since getting Ownbase I haven't had any more problems! Thank you!

My customers orders were duplicated once by TikTok Shop and once by Ownbase. This charged the customer twice and we had to issue a refund.
Hello, we have to clarify that Ownbase only imports the order only once. Your other order is imported by TikTok Shopify App, causing the duplicated orders on Shopify. The correct setup is to have Ownbase as your only App to sync your TikTok Shop (and not install another sync App like TikTok Shopify App). Would appreciate if you can re-consider the App review again, as the issue is not caused by our App, but rather because your store has multiple sync Apps installed together.
