App actually works as, like most of us, I check and double check my speed score like an maniac. Pat in customer service is a ROCK STAR and is so fast and so helpful and so pleasant...I thought for a second it must be a bot. But nope, real person, just super fast and professional...maybe an android, idk.

i saw instant results, pages opening so much quicker. Jon on chat was so helpful and gave me extra advice without asking which was much appreciated. very happy with the app and would recommend to all.
