We do want to clarify for anyone reading that the concerns mentioned here (meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, noindex tags, and billing during trial) relate to our Booster SEO app, rather than Booster Page Speed Optimizer, which is a separate app focused specifically on page speed optimization and does not manage SEO metadata settings. That said, we take your feedback seriously. We’ve already reviewed the issues you previously raised with our team and have since made improvements addressing those concerns. We also reached out multiple times to investigate the billing concern and to help resolve any remaining issues, including offering direct support and even complimentary access so you could verify the fixes firsthand, but unfortunately we haven’t heard back. Our intention has always been to help, and that remains the case. If you’re open to it, please reply to our support email or reach out through our in-app chat so we can properly review your store together and address any unresolved concerns directly. In this case, these themes may already have codes similar to ours and it may not be necessary for you to make use of our app. However, if you’d be open to giving us another chance, we’d be happy to assist and investigate this further for you. It also doesn't directly increase your online speed test scores because of the way it works. Hi there, Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. I'm afraid this completely unrelated to the app :( Our app places a single line of javascript code to speed up your next page load - we do not have any access to editing or updating your images. Cheers Stuart

Hi there, sorry we let you down here. Some themes already include our speed optimization code. As a result, these themes wouldn't see any increase in speed. Cheers, Stuart

The app will have no impact on pingdom or gtmetrix, this is due to the fact that these apps measure page speed on first page load.. this app only starts working after first page load as we are preloading links on the page.. 😔 Cheers, Stuart
