Does not work. My Shop does not even load anything since I have activated the App. The first time the support told me that the App is not compatible with my theme so I changed everything but also with the other theme the App does not work. Very frustrating.

Some themes, especially Premium ones may already have a pre-loading mechanism in place or another optimization mechanism such as lazy-loading. In this case, these themes may already have codes similar to ours and it may not be necessary for you to make use of our app. However, if you’d be open to giving us another chance, we’d be happy to assist and investigate this further for you. Simply reinstall the app, and I’ll personally ensure that everything is working optimally to give your site the best possible boost. I have also sent you an email to address this further. not working!!
Hi there, I've read your recent feedback about our app, and I'm truly sorry to learn about the issue you're having with our app. However, I would like to clarify that while our app works, it's just not the ultimate fix to speed up your store. It also doesn't directly increase your online speed test scores because of the way it works. However, it does significantly contribute to an improved browsing experience for your site's viewers and customers. Also, we have our 24/7 chat support team who are more than happy to help guide you on how to improve your store's speed. This app broke an automatic discount we created for a free bonus item. This killed countless orders. Our promo was for Father's Day, and customers got a free product once they spent $100 in our store. Sadly, this app, caused the cart not to mark the product free, forcing several customers to complain and bounce. As a speed plugin for an eCommerce platform, they didn't properly exclude the cart items from the cache, obviously, which is a rookie move. Sorry guys, I wish I could give you a better review, but you cost me sales.

It's a very bad app. When I install this app, this app effect the website is blank. The support team cannot help to fix it and just send me the general answer.

Does not work in the theme by Out of the Sandbox. After turning on, all images disappeared, and when off they came back. Support just blamed everyone else and didn't even have a look. First it was domain provider, then it was Shopify and then heavily optimised theme (it really isn't) - just guessing.

All my images would NOT load after app install! Not worthy. I don't think I have any more words to explain as required by the program. Website worked perfect before app install, website would not load images after. And it wasn't the app?

There's no way to get a hold of the company and I need help. I'm getting website errors across every page and it looks like there’s uncompressed JavaScript files being served all from your app. Can you enable compression? Thanks

I started Shopify with my previous domain and have changed since. Booster apps could not detect my new domain and there is no way to change it or boost my current domain.

nothing changed, my page speed it's even wort on both, mobile and web site. Using a clean template.

Didn't improve page speed at all. If anything it was slightly slower, probably due to loading more JS. Benchmarked using Google Pagespeed Insights before, tested after - no difference/slightly worse.

Didn't see any increase in site speed. Not sure what the app actually did, but it didn't help. I guess it wasn't a bad test for free

One click optimization, seemed easy enough. Increased my page load time in GTMetrix from 3.3 seconds to 5.7 seconds, and decreased my PageSpeed Insights (Google) scores from 43 Mobile / 86 Desktop to 33 Mobile / 70 Desktop. Not good!

It made my store slower. I tested on google pagespeed insights before - scored 16. Installed and ran app, scored 14. The app does not make the page load faster.
