Kiyor Studio review for PageFly Landing Page Builder

I was motivate to (finally) sign up for PageFly about 2 months ago, motivated by my frustration with the need to use custom code for som many of the things i wanted to do on my website. I only wish I had done this 6 years ago. I have spent countless hours on Shopify Live Chat, only to be told at the end of a long call with a lot of waiting, that what i wanted could only be done with custom code. Let me tell you about PageFly. I have found it be be excellent product, with powerful features which are not available natively on Shopify, (at least not on the Dawn theme. It allows me to customize my theme in a myriad of ways so it looks and functions the way I want it to. Personally I'm an artist. I want to be creating my art, not breaking my head learning to custom code, or spending time trying to get help from Shopify's support chat, only to find out there isn't a doable solution for what I seek. In addition to it being an excellent app, their chat support is stellar! As I've been on the pf learning curve, I reached out quite a lot to their support time. I have consistently found that the support staff has the expertise and knowledge to guide me in solving whatever the issue de jour is. I have found them provide me with the information I want, in the way that I want it. (for example i find it hard to watch the videos they sometimes make to show how to do something, and I usually ask for screen shots. so they give me screen shots.) What really blows me away, is that very often the support person will go into the editor on their end to check and resolve the issue. And then they explain to me how they did that. Pinch me I must be dreaming. When you sign up for a. subscription based app, it's not just 14.95 a month. It could very well be 14.95 a month for the rest of your life. Besides a good product, and equally important is the standard of customer care and support. I run my business with a strong ethic of integrity, and customer centered mindset. And I appreciate dealing with companies like that as well. In my experience, the support staff at pagefly go above and beyond to be truly helpful and they do it so nicely and so well!
