Quick response for everything. And the app has more features than most apps I've tried. Try it if you look for real flexibility and performance tracking.
I want to take a moment to thank Hiếu from the PageFly support team. He supported me over several days, and from the first message to the last he was patient, professional, and genuinely invested in getting my store to look the way I wanted. He replied quickly, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. When I had follow-up requests, he handled them with the same care instead of rushing me along. He also checked back with me after finishing each part to make sure everything worked properly. What touched me most is that he kept helping me even on his day off. Most support experiences stop at working hours, so that extra effort really stood out and showed how much he cares about the people he helps.
