Parcelmind has improved both our internal operations and customer experience. Orders sync automatically, shipping labels are generated quickly, and the real-time tracking with notifications keeps customers informed at every stage. Previously, we were using Blue Dart API services with another Shopify application and order processing around 500 orders daily took us 3 to 5 hours, which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. However, since we switched to Parcelmind, everything has become incredibly smooth. Now, processing 500 or any number of orders takes us just 5 to 10 minutes! Shipping labels download instantly, order tracking is accurate and live, and our customers receive timely notifications. Additionally, Shopify's order fulfilment is automated, and we’ve set up a branded tracking page for our customers’ convenience. We’re extremely happy with the improvement and highly recommend Parcelmind for anyone looking to streamline their logistics! The best thing is that they are good listeners and work on brand feedback.

I’m using Parcelmind for my Shopify store and the experience has been excellent. The app is very easy to set up and connects smoothly with all major couriers like DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart and Xpressbees. Order syncing is fast, labels generate in one click, and the courier controll feature saves a lot of time. Tracking updates are accurate and my customers also get notified automatically, which has reduced support tickets. What I liked most is the dashboard & MPS feature— very clean and simple to understand, even for someone who is not very technical. Their support team is also super quick and helpful. If you are a Shopify seller and want a reliable, easy-to-use shipping solution, Parcelmind is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!
