Just started to us the app. Installation and configuration were seamless and UI is intuitive. Some interesting features like Dropship-mode, estimated delivery date on tracking page etc. Contacted support now several times for smaller issues with set-up in multi-language store. The always have been super responsive, fast and solved the issues very quick.! Great.
