Very accurate tracking App that help me and my customers getting updates of the orders' location. Great customer service as they are always there for you willing to solve any kind of problems. Just send a message to them and the problem is already solved.

So far, so good. Price is right for the amount of orders I get. Support helped me understand the system better. I really like the branded Tracking Page and notification feature, would highly recommend for dropshippers.

This app has saved me so much time and helped me scale from a few orders a day to now 40+ per day. The team are so helpful and quick to respond, they worked to resolve a tricky problem for me as my platform needed to cover two completely different tracking codes per delivery. They experimented and tested until they solved it and the result has totally changed my previous (and extremely time consuming) shipping process. Could not recommend more!

Extremely useful app to 1) allow us to easily track our customers' orders and follow up with them in a timely manner; 2) more efficiently and effectively keep customers in the know about their order status. In addition, their customer service is great. They helped us update the courier tracking which wasn't syncing properly as soon as i asked them for help. Recommended!

This app does more or less everything that we need it to do. This apps deserves 5 stars, but here are 2 things that we would love to see improved. 1) Exporting the tracking numbers does not includes the different SKUs. It would be great if that were the case as we have different warehouses and we need to send the reports to different places. 2) We would love to see improved are the webhooks. Right now we receive the exact same notification several times. If these could be filtered by Parcel Panel, that would be great!

A great application that can automatically get orders without me manually importing them! The customer service and technical staff also helped me modify the style of the product page in time, NICE!
