Great customer service, patiently helped me through the initial setup. Our other apps do not support tracking the courier information we need, and they solve this problem perfectly.

Excellent Support team. They can do anything they can to have this app personalized for your requirements. Overall this app is great for adding an out of the box tracking system on your shop. Its lacks a few things like a few logistic companies still not trackable through this app, there is no way to add custom text and many things are just fixed you can't change for now.

As a small start-up store using a paid-theme and limited technical skills, I had some integration issues with AfterShip so I made the switch and had no issues with set-up. It has been a few months and so far so good. Besides from functionality, what I can really vouch for is their prompt customer service. If I have any issues or questions they are just a click away.
