Parcel Panel has significantly improved how we communicate order progress with our customers. The tracking experience is clean, modern, and easy to follow, which has noticeably reduced delivery-related enquiries. The ability to customise pre-dispatch shipment statuses has been especially valuable for a business like ours that handles production in-house. It allows us to clearly show each stage of the process and set accurate expectations before a parcel even leaves our workshop. Setup was straightforward, the Shopify integration works reliably, and the overall app feels well thought-out rather than bolted together. Support has been outstanding Jane in particular has been amazing, always quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything works smoothly for us whenever we’ve needed assistance. Highly recommended for any e-commerce business looking for a more professional post-purchase experience and better customer transparency.
