I recently switched to ParcelPanel and I don't regret my choice at all. The app is very intuitive and offers much more advanced features compared to its competitors. A special shoutout to the customer service: Zessa was incredibly helpful, fast, and very efficient. I highly recommend it!

Awesome and lightning fast support. App is fully packed with features even on the free plan. It enabled us to send delivery based review requests with a third party carrier, by pushing Shopify's native "Delivered" status with 100% accuracy. Thank you so much Jane for the great support!
