Great support from a real person! Very quick answers and everything resolved. The only thing I am still waiting for in this app is to add the common European last-mile delivery carriers to the track and trace page. This is more clear for the customer to know with who their package has been shipped. Once this is added to the features (which they promised will come), I will change my review to 5 stars.

He tenido una excelente experiencia con la persona que me atendió en el chat. Ha sido la única persona que fue capaz de darse el tiempo para encontrar la razón de porqué no había podido rastrear mis pedidos. Ella me ha atendido con mucha paciencia, ha sido muy gentil y me ha solucionado el problema. Estoy muy contenta y agradecida con su enorme ayuda!!

Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed apart from that the app has been great and has a good feature set which helps with customer satisfaction
