Nous utilisons Parcel Panel avec Klaviyo pour automatiser nos emails de suivi et post-livraison, et c’est un vrai game-changer. L’intégration est fluide, les événements (comme “colis livré”) remontent parfaitement, et la personnalisation client devient ultra précise. Nos clients sont rassurés, notre SAV a chuté, et l’expérience globale s’en trouve renforcée. Support réactif, interface claire, et options avancées pour les marques exigeantes. This app works flawlessly and has all the features we need to collect and showcase reviews beautifully. The UI is clean, fast, and easy to use. What really stood out, though, is the support — incredibly fast, kind, and helpful. They handled everything professionally and even went the extra mile to tweak things just the way we wanted. Aujourd’hui j’avais un souci avec mes mails pour l’évolution de la livraison, j’ai contacté le support et j’ai eu à faire à Kath, rapidement elle a gérer le problème et la ça fonctionne correctement. Merci à elle pour son professionnalisme
