Super application pour le suivi des commandes ! Très intuitive et efficace, elle m’a vraiment simplifié la vie pour suivre mes envois en temps réel. Un grand merci à Jessca et Kath pour leur aide précieuse : elles ont été chaleureuses, rapides et professionnelles tout au long du processus. C’est agréable de tomber sur une équipe aussi réactive et bienveillante. Je recommande vivement cette app !

Excellente application ! Très simple à installer et à utiliser. L’intégration avec ma boutique Shopify s’est faite rapidement, et mes clients peuvent maintenant suivre leurs colis facilement. Le support client, en particulier Jessica, est rapide, professionnel et très réactif. Merci pour votre aide et votre patience, je recommande vivement !

Great support from a real person! Very quick answers and everything resolved. The only thing I am still waiting for in this app is to add the common European last-mile delivery carriers to the track and trace page. This is more clear for the customer to know with who their package has been shipped. Once this is added to the features (which they promised will come), I will change my review to 5 stars.
