Incroyable application de suivi ! ParcelPanel a transformé l’expérience post-achat pour mes clients. L'interface est ultra fluide, entièrement personnalisable, et s'intègre parfaitement à Shopify. Mes clients adorent pouvoir suivre leur commande en temps réel sans quitter mon site — ça renforce la confiance et améliore clairement la satisfaction. Le support client est également top : rapide, pro et toujours à l’écoute. Si tu veux offrir une expérience digne des grandes marques, c’est l’app qu’il te faut. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
