I tried multiple tracking apps — some were too expensive, some didn’t work properly, and others had poor support. Parcel Panel turned out to be the best! Even the free plan has all the essential features, and it’s perfect if you’re just starting your store. Special thanks to Jessca from the support team — she was super quick and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

$48/ month difference between the essential plan and professional plan is too steep of a jump just for an added feature of Pre-purchase EDD. Will not recommend for this reason. They should provide customized solutions to their customers.

J’utilise ParcelPanel pour le suivi des commandes sur ma boutique AUROMEC. L’application est facile à configurer et très pratique pour offrir à mes clients un suivi détaillé et en temps réel de leurs colis. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la page de suivi personnalisable et le support réactif de l’équipe ParcelPanel. Cependant, quelques options comme la modification du titre de la page ou la personnalisation avancée des couleurs pourraient être plus intuitives pour les débutants. Globalement, c’est une excellente solution pour améliorer la satisfaction client et réduire les demandes “Où est ma commande ?” (WISMO
