Parcel Panel makes it easy to add a tracking page to a website. It practically came ready to be launched. And the customer service is excellent. I needed help at 9:30pm Friday, and they were readily available to help and solved the issue in a couple of minutes. All thumbs up for Parcel Panel!

I’ve only just installed ParcelPanel, but I’m really impressed so far! The setup process was straightforward and hassle-free, which is always a bonus. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service – super helpful and quick to respond. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in the long run, but initial impressions are fantastic!

Elle est super intuitive, facile à configurer, et offre des options de personnalisation qui répondent parfaitement aux besoins de mon entreprise. We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.

I have known Parcel Panel for a long time and always use it in all my shops. It is an excellent application and the customer service is fast and friendly.
