I’ve only just installed ParcelPanel, but I’m really impressed so far! The setup process was straightforward and hassle-free, which is always a bonus. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service – super helpful and quick to respond. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in the long run, but initial impressions are fantastic!

We recently started using Parcel Panel. We primarily use Royal Mail & DHL for shipping. The Royal Mail API is less than perfect and resulted in some teething problems but Parcel Panel support dealt with both problems within hours. Useful app and fantastic customer service – happy to recommend.

I have known Parcel Panel for a long time and always use it in all my shops. It is an excellent application and the customer service is fast and friendly.

Perfect app to keep your customers up to date and to have a clear overview for yourself with order tracking. Really fast and good customer support. Must have for any shopify store!!

I wish every app had support like this. The app itself is perfect. I worked with another one before and it was also good but this one also works with email marketing.
