Recently downloaded and still learning the app's nuances, but Kath was very helpful and friendly.

We have been using the app for a few weeks now and finding it generally a very useful tool. I had to persevere with Customer service to get them to hear my issue - some tracking numbers not pulling first-mile tracking info -but once they understood they were very helpful and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently.
