Only started using it a few days ago but so far it looks super helpful, especially the Gorgias integration. That'll save our CX team a lot of time looking up shipment updates.

I'm blown away by the level of support provided. It's always a pain to set up from scratch, as it takes a while to navigate and integrate a new app. But support (Cecilia) was so helpful and speedy, it really took the time and stress out of the process. Will be recommending it to other shops!

Great app, I use them in other stores and have always received good service. Perfect for those who work with dropshipping and multiple carriers.
