I didn't use this app, I made it inactive, but it took money every month, and when I wrote to the support why it takes money, they didn't answer anything to explain

I checked over and we did answer you 3 times and once even from our employee's personal gmail address. Im not sure why you are not receiving emails. Please write our support to some other email address and request a refund. Yes, Shopify app will continue charging you until you deinstall it from your store. Disabling will just hide it from your store frontend.
