Very good an effective app to organise shipping options. Good interface. Allows the customers to choose the nearest parcel locker. Easy to use for you and your customers. Very quick support - will help you to install everything and make any changes for you when needed. I've been using this app for more than 2 years.

100% recommend this app. We've been using Parcely in our Shopify store for almost a year now, and it has been a great experience from day one. When we first installed it, the team was incredibly kind and patient — they answered all our questions quickly and made the setup smooth. Later, when we ran into a technical issue after making some changes to our store, I was blown away by how fast the support response was. Erik in particular is fantastic: he always explains what went wrong, why it happened, and how to fix it — and on top of that, he offers to sort it out for you. Bottom line: Parcely has earned our full trust. The app runs smoothly with zero issues, and the support is genuinely exceptional — responsive, targeted, and always helpful. That combination of a reliable product and outstanding customer care is a rare find. Highly recommended!

Parcely.app is a really great and useful app that works exactly as expected. It helps to easily manage parcel machine delivery options and integrates smoothly with the store. What stands out the most is their support - it is extremely fast and helpful. I had an issue after updating my theme, and the support team responded quickly and resolved everything without any hassle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported parcel solution!

A big thank you to this app! Everything works really well. I also received support very quickly when installing the app on my site. I had already managed to mess up some settings myself, but their team fixed everything quickly and very professionally. Highly recommended!

Lots of issues with this app: 1) Clunky UX - pickup selection only in cart page adds extra step. 2) Courier (other shipping method) delivery is not customizable per country - either is on or off for every country 3) Produces errors in certain combinations when different products require different shipping carriers when user returns to shop and then back to checkout (shipping not available error) 4) Does not work at all with subscription apps 5) Does not work well with automatic country detection (country in pickup selection widget is not inherited from shopify) - bad UX 6) Support is spotty. My experience that 50% of support emails went unanswered 7) Order processing (Label printing) in Shopify admin is via the app and it is very slow

Thank you for the review, even though it's unfair. We are always working on our UX and pointing out things that you knew from the start is kind of strange. We had a long email chain and even a Zoom call. Our support team is doing its best, and merchants are usually very satisfied with our free setup service and support. We try to answer all questions (50% of the time is just a lie). We are also working on adding nearest pick-up point selection at checkout, but since it's only available on certain Shopify plans, it's not for everyone.
