100% recommend this app. We've been using Parcely in our Shopify store for almost a year now, and it has been a great experience from day one. When we first installed it, the team was incredibly kind and patient — they answered all our questions quickly and made the setup smooth. Later, when we ran into a technical issue after making some changes to our store, I was blown away by how fast the support response was. Erik in particular is fantastic: he always explains what went wrong, why it happened, and how to fix it — and on top of that, he offers to sort it out for you.
