Lots of issues with this app: 1) Clunky UX - pickup selection only in cart page adds extra step. 2) Courier (other shipping method) delivery is not customizable per country - either is on or off for every country 3) Produces errors in certain combinations when different products require different shipping carriers when user returns to shop and then back to checkout (shipping not available error) 4) Does not work at all with subscription apps 5) Does not work well with automatic country detection (country in pickup selection widget is not inherited from shopify) - bad UX 6) Support is spotty. My experience that 50% of support emails went unanswered 7) Order processing (Label printing) in Shopify admin is via the app and it is very slow
Thank you for the review, even though it's unfair. We are always working on our UX and pointing out things that you knew from the start is kind of strange. We had a long email chain and even a Zoom call. Our support team is doing its best, and merchants are usually very satisfied with our free setup service and support. We try to answer all questions (50% of the time is just a lie). We are also working on adding nearest pick-up point selection at checkout, but since it's only available on certain Shopify plans, it's not for everyone.

This is a fake review, and the store may be fake as well. Parcely app was installed for a few minutes only, and the merchant never reached out to our support. Just installed, left 1-star review, and uninstalled.

Unfortunately they created something that is sometimes working, sometimes not, at least this is what we experienced using their Foxpost integration. Also the fact that we need to wait about 15-30 minutes after each change in the settings makes the developer experince terrible. Rather should be a little more expensive in exchange for a normally working plugin.
I can see that you reached out to our support three times, and I answered, but I think you never got my replies (please check your spam folder). I even reached out to you from my personal email address. I'm sure your store is missing some important settings and that's why app does not work correctly. Please reach back to me and I will set everything up for you.

There is no information to how to cancel free trial. I tryed everything.
We actually did respond to your support request on Fri, 20 Sep 2024 at 9:40 AM, maybe it went to your spam folder. You can always cancel app plans or trial periods by uninstalling the app. Same with Parcely app, just uninstall it from your store and plan is canceled. Please consider changing the review as its a little bit unfair :)

The web app on my phone didn't work at all. The search didn't work properly and if you already managed to search after selecting it, it selected a different branch. Support communicated until I said if they didn't fix it I would delete the app. They also promised 14 days free, but the app told me the very next day that I had to choose a plan and pay.
This review is unfair. I helped you to install and configure the app on the same day and there was a small problem with a few locations in CZ that we fixed in 2 hours. It seems that my email was the last one 12 days ago where I asked for more details but you never replied. Yes, 14 days trial starts after choosing a plan for the app. There are hundreds of happy store owners using our app and they are shipping thousands of orders daily.
