All of a sudden it just started blocking the cart. It ended up being the rule and it seems that when a max quantity of 1 is set for a variant it simply blocks the cart even though there is only 1 in the cart. If I add 2 the normal error is displayed, when its 1 it disappears but the cart is still greyed out. This happened suddenly overnight, we made no changes. Lost revenue and complaining customers aren't worth paying for this app unfortunately. Support wasn't available and the live chat link wasn't working in the app - so the only immediate solution after finding this problem is to uninstall the app and look for a different solution that won't block the cart suddenly.

Just started with this app and it was exactly what we were looking for. Set-up was easy to create the validation rule we needed. Joyce in support was available to provide extra assistance during set-up process.

I'm giving it an average score because unfortunately the application can't do what I want it to. But apart from that, I find the interface very easy to use. the customer service is very efficient. as soon as I have a question I get an answer within a minute, which is great.
