This app is incredible and more importantly their customer support and service is amazing! PWYW takes care of all of our donation functionality requirements and it it is the only app available on shopify that provides this solution. Their team is super kind, they went so much out of the way to do all the customisations for us, even helped us with our theme changes. Much recommended to anyone in need of a donation functionality. I have tried all apps on shopify but none is like Pay what you want

This app functionality and support are great!!!. I tried to use several custom price apps but functionality and support were not so good. But this app solved everything what I wanted. I had a technical issue so I contact with app support. They replied within a few mins and fixed my problem. Also they added one more additional feature that was my new requirement. Really good support and service. Much appreciated. High recommend!!!

Very helpful very responsive even at 3 am in the morning his time. Great application running smoothly so far. Their developer made a few tweaks to make it good for my shop. Very greatly appreciated. I recommend this application to anyone who wants to make an offer on products.

Simple and effective. I had a few issues with the app relating to compatibility with my theme, I reached out to support and within 30 minutes they had reported back with fixes to every issue I had. Not telling me to do it, they just fixed the issues for me and did it perfectly. The app is good, it’s simple, nothing crazy, I wouldn’t expect too much, it does what it advertises, what really gives it 5 stars for me is the second to none customer support!

Absolutely incredible customer service! After installing PWYW we had a couple of issues regarding its integration within our store. We contacted Extendons and they were very quick to respond and help get to the bottom of the issue, which they did in just a few hours from reaching out. Minus that one small integration problem, which may have just been unique to our store setup, the app works wonders and does exactly what we want from it. Could not recommend higher!
