Great app, does what it needs to. We accept manual wire transfers at our multilang store and Shopify doesn't allow translating the payment instructions. Payfy allows us to make separate payment methods displayed for each country. The set up is not the easiest but the dev was very responsive and helped us get everything rolling smoothly. My only wish is that it would allow positive conditions (only display if condition x is met) and language based conditions. Now we have to hide payment methods for all other countries than the one we intend showing a payment method for.
The support is really good and helpful. I was facing an issue after installing their app and contacted their customer service. Mr. Chirag Patel resolved the issue on a priority basis.
We tried this app to hide payments in a multi-domain / multi-affiliate merchant setup. Because this given context and requirements to the hiding rules was nowhere implemented yet, Sid did a tremendous job to customise all this bug free in just 1 day. Top team! Great job guys!
Did not hide the payments I told, specially credit card. I need to set only wire payment for high-value items or that are $1,000 and up. For me did not work. Using shopify basic plan. Update 6-17-24 I change the review from 1 to 3, but the description was not clear or said that this app needs to be on Shopify Plus to be able to hide "credit card payment". Could be nice that this is well highlighted in description before someone installs the app and loses time trying to make it work when it will not work unless the person has Shopify Plus.
Hello Dear Admin, Thank you for your review. All reviews are important to us. This is not the issue of the app but Shopify API limitations and we already mentioned in the app dashboard. I think you missed to read the limitation of the app in app dashboard. Shopify API has a limitation, You can not hide or edit the Shopify payment method. Here is the screenshot of it https://prnt.sc/hcdUWic3VLFa . Using Shopify checkout function API you can not hide the Shopify payment method. Shopify mentioned it in the help URL, here is the screenshot of it. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0711/8094/3678/files/hide_shopify_payment_method.png?v=1718094992 . I am really sorry but this is not the issue in the app but this is due to the Shopify API, app can not hide and show or edit the Shopify payment method in basic Shopify. Very useful app to limit our risk exposure by disallowing CC payment on large orders, and very helpful customer support from Manan!
