This is my first ever app review in my 4 years of using all different types of applications. Paywhirl has earned it by providing the best customer support I've ever experienced! Sergey helped to get everything installed correctly on my theme in minutes (if not seconds), plus added it (per my request) to the "Featured Product" section of my homepage. Later, I experienced a glitch/bug with the sale prices of my other products in the same collection as my subscription product. Sergey again responded immediately with the cause of the bug and multiple work around solutions to remedy the issue until the bug is fixed. Sergey also used Loom to share screen recording videos he made, showing exactly what was going on with my store's theme. It's was amazing!

Great customer service and super easy to set up! Looking forward to when the app will be launching their payment plan feature but am happy that you can manually integrate that into peoples subscriptions after their first order! Very pleased.

App works great! however my 5 starts goes for the support!! Their customer support is amazing, they help you through all the set up and every time you have a doubt they answer you fast and with solutions! Thanks PayWhirl team!

amaaazing app! I have about 15 apps that support my shopify store and this is one of my favorites. they are constantly adding new features and their customer service is AMAZING! quick responses from a real person, love it! highly recommend.

Great, straightforward app for product subscriptions. I have a custom theme that made the app tricky to install but within minutes of contacting support the app was fully up and running. I've come back to add to this review as I need to highlight how great the support team are, Sergey in particular has gone above and beyond for us to get things exactly how we want them, really happy with everything! The app is always receiving updated features too which is great.

We are yet to test out using the app but the customer service so far has been amazing. The team are super responsive and took the time to understand what we needed help with. We will be a long-term customer if we continue to get outstanding service like this!

Great, affordable option for my small business. I appreciated how easy it was to install; because I could install it myself, it save me a lot of money on engineering costs. Plus, their support team is amazing!

I have only had this app for about a week and I already know I have found everything I needed in this app. The customer service was amazing. They even gave me a follow up call to make sure that everything was working out and that all my questions were answered. I really LOVE this app!!!

Ryan has been helping me so much setting up Paywhirl. There are limitations though with the app itself (which I'm sure Ryan knows about) that I hope can be improved on in the future.

After comparing the options, PayWhirl was the only provider that was able to fulfill the special requirements of our business model (different minimum subscription durations per variant, but same frequency,...) Technical assistance during installation was incredible. Not only super-fast support but also really going deep into understanding individual needs and customizing the integration and appearance. Again, thanks so much Sergey (but also Chris and Ryan)! The app itself is awesome and the pricing very fair Keep up the good work!

PayWhirl made this process easy! They seemed to understand that there were a lot of people who were new to e-commerce, so they give you easy options for support calls. I spoke with Lincoln, and he was patient as he followed along on his test page so he could see what I was seeing. He made every step easy and even helped me calculate which plan was best for my business (which was NOT the highest-cost version!). Painless! Highly recommended.

The app was fairly easy to install. While, I'm still in the process of gathering subscriptions from clients, and can't yet say how the app is working in realtime, I do give the customer service 5 stars. Ryan was very helpful and answered by questions in a timely manner and I look forward to trying this app out.

This is by far one of the best apps ever on Shopify and definitely the best subscription app. I have used the previous version of the Paywhirl app for almost three years now and recently added this new version to our new magazine title's store. It looks fantastic, it is easy to use, it integrates really well. It quite simply does everything we need it to and so much more. The Paywhirl team and the customer service provided is second to none. Every single time I have emailed the team the response is not only quick but they go above and beyond to help. I should say the questions I have are not issues with the app in anyway as I have never experienced any issues with it. I have even asked for help with my Facebook conversions and the team did a bit development work for me to help. Something that was in my view beyond their remit.
