We have been very impressed by this app and how quickly we could adopt it into our workflow. The free templates are super flexible from the start and the drag/drop editing tools are understandable. Going from no Draft order printing to really nice templates in a couple days for free is instant ROI. We can also use one app now for easily printing Invoices and Packing slips. Our previous flow used the Shopify Free printer and that was working ok after custom coding a template but this went another level. Usually with free apps, the support can be super delayed and unhelpful. That is not the case here. Edwin has been responsive and willing to work with our business.
