This is a great, user-friendly app for creating a shoppable catalog linking seamlessly to Shopify products or pages. Highly recommend the paid tiers for the customizable features. Zlatko is very responsive to all the function requests we made such as being able to edit the hotspot shape to outline the item on the page, and customize the button icon. The edits we requested were made within a day!
The customer support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Any issues I encountered were resolved quickly and efficiently. I’m very impressed with the level of service provided and would definitely recommend them to others!
Have emailed and used their chat several times to try get help, but never get a response.
Hi, sorry for the slow reply. We have answered your questions by email, and we have updated the app so Add to cart in the flipbook now follows B2B minimum and increment quantities. Products with a minimum of 3 can now be added from the catalogue. If anything still doesn't work as expected, reply to our email and we will help.
Really happy with this app! We use it to display our PDF catalogs in a clean and interactive flipbook format. Everything works as expected and the support team is quick to respond and always willing to help. Great app and great support!
I feel like the books load very slowly compared to ISSUU embedded files
Thanks for flagging this. We found the cause and fixed it on our servers, so your catalogues should now load quickly with no change needed on your side. The viewer was re-downloading the whole PDF on repeat visits instead of loading pages on demand; that's resolved. If a very large PDF still feels heavy on the very first open, Performance mode on the Advanced plan converts it to page images that appear instantly. Happy to help if you notice anything else.
We use Real3D FlipBook to display our digital catalogues on our Shopify stores and it does exactly what we need. It’s straightforward to set up, works well across devices and gives customers a much nicer, more interactive way to browse a catalogue than simply opening a PDF. We’ve found it reliable and easy to manage. Very happy with the app.
Muy bien hasta el dia de hoy, tengo poc usandolo
This app is meeting all my needs for selling digital magazines. Great customer service!
We're loving this app! Not only is it a fraction of the cost of another app we had been using that does the exact same thing, but more importantly, the customer service has been AMAZING. Zlatko answered all my questions promptly, took care of some customizations right away, and was there to fix things when they weren't quite right. Very thankful, and looking forward to many years of using the app!
Hello, thank you for your review! The viewer does allow you to protect your content: on the Advanced plan you can hide the print and download buttons, and also disable text selection/copying and right-click. You'll find these options in the 'Content protection' section of the flipbook settings. If you need help setting it up, contact us from the app's support page and we'll be glad to help.
Great app, simple to use and customize - great customer service!
Worked as intended, great options for customization. Support responded quickly to minor issue and found way to resolve because had been using custom HTML.
