Excellent app and amazing support! Pendora was very easy to set up for my digital product, and the delivery system worked perfectly. The test order, email, and file download were all created successfully. I also want to especially thank Praveen for the great support. He was very kind, fast, and helpful, checked my setup manually, confirmed everything was working correctly, and even helped me understand how to customize the email settings. Very happy with the app and the customer service. Highly recommended!

I was stuck on one aspect of my email to customers that included a digital download. It wouldn't display correctly on my end, but Bhushan fixed a few things on his end, ran a test email and my email displayed perfectly!! Thank you so much for the swift help!

I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.
