Die App ist für mich etwas kompliziert, besonders ohne Englischkenntnisse kann man sich schnell verloren fühlen. Der Kundenservice ist jedoch top! Ich habe sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen, und es wurde so lange nach einer Lösung gesucht, bis das Problem gefunden und behoben war. Gourav war dabei sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Kundenservice verdient definitiv 5 Sterne.

Praveen was very helpful in testing my setup. I've been using this app to deliver an ebook and it is awesome to be able to limit downloads and control how the content is accessed. I would recommend this app for anyone else

I did not have to wait long for customer service which I greatly appreciate. He was courteous and professional. He was quick to answer any questions and the help was user friendly - which I greatly appreciate. I wish I could have edited the email further. That was the only disappointment but everything else was very good.

4 stars because I wish I could customize the email more for downloads however for free I can't really complain. I was helped by Gourav after my first sale to make sure everything was working. He was very responsive and helpful.

Praveen was really helpful. It's a pretty simple app to use. it does have some glitches but its easy to use.

Coloco 4 estrellas, aunque aún no la he probado, pero la atención del servicio al cliente ha sido de gran ayuda. Necesitaba encontrar una función para convertir al español, pero me comento Praveen, que estan trabajando en ello. Es muy importante que tenga una interfaz para poder cambiar el idioma, porque todo se va expandiendo al mundo.
