Pendora is fast, well organized, and very easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, making the overall experience smooth. Support interactions with Shruti have been quick and friendly, which adds a lot of confidence. Overall, a well-built app that’s easy to work with.

Shruti helped me test my download to make sure everything was working properly. I didn't realize I had to press save to continue and he quickly identified the problem. The app was easy to use and their customer service was wonderful. I would highly recommend it for small e-books.

This app was easy too setup and I am hoping it is going to do exactly what we need it to do. We want to offer downloads of digital content down the road. I hope they add some more branding customization, but for now this will absolutely work! Thanking the Pendora team for their amazing instructions for install!

The app works well for selling digital products and the setup is straightforward. Delivery and downloads function as expected. However, there are frequent requests for feedback and follow-up emails, which felt excessive at times. Overall, a useful app, but communication could be more balanced.
