This app is one of the best apps out there if you sell digital products, you get actual help from the to test if everything is working, a guy named Najmus was polite, very helpful and helped me faster than I expected, big thanks to him and this app

This app is so helpful, and the customer service is quick and amazing (thank you Dinesh!). It's great for digital products and it's easy to navigate which is great for a beginner like myself.

The app works well for selling digital products and the setup is straightforward. Delivery and downloads function as expected. However, there are frequent requests for feedback and follow-up emails, which felt excessive at times. Overall, a useful app, but communication could be more balanced.

I needed guidance with how it worked with Shopify and was able to get help with making sure my digital download would get to my customer. I was given step by step tutorial and it worked perfect. Now I can look forward to doing my website and not have to worry about my customers orders. Very happy!
