This is a very helpful app, great customer service, ease of use, extremely fast customer service! 5 stars!! So far no issues at all with this app, unlike many others. Easy navigation within the app.

Very bad the app continuously freezes and is very very slow. Also the formats that they send the ebook out in is ugly.

Very happy with the app and especially with the customer support team. Prompt and thorough reply. The customer representative that I communicated with, Gourav, was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and made sure all the concerns were addressed, and I am happy. Thank you! :) The only downside is that to enable the sender email to a custom one, I have to add a handful of DNS records to my domain provider records, which is time-consuming and confusing.

I just made my first Electronic file, and published it using Pendora. I had technical support by Praveen which was fast and very helpful during my testing of their app, and my file product. Até o momento a plataforma me atendeu muito bem, pude mudar o idioma dos textos enviados automaticamente para português reescrevendo-os e não tive nenhum problema com o suporte que me atendeu quando solicitei pelo chat, também não tive custos com a plataforma até agora. Show!!
