It was very easy setting up my first digital product. As mentioned by other reviews, the customer service was top-notch! They responded so quickly and answered each one of my questions. Would highly recommend!

So helpful and easy to navigate. Pendora works perfectly for digital downloads. The set up process is easy and simple to use and when you need support, it's sorted ASAP. Gourav was brilliant with all my requests. He tested the orders and made sure everything ran smoothly too

Excellent app with outstanding customer support! Najmus was incredibly helpful during the setup process. He patiently guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and even removed the watermark for me. The app works perfectly for delivering digital products automatically. Highly recommend both the app and Najmus's professional service!

nstallation and setup were quick and easy. The app is clean, well-organized, and free of unnecessary features. Support was excellent. Bhushan was friendly, helpful, and very fast to respond. Everything was set up quickly and ready to use. Overall, a very smooth experience.

I’m very happy with Pendora Downloads. The app is easy to use, stable, and does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complications. What really stands out is the support – fast, helpful, and genuinely focused on solving the issue rather than giving generic replies. I received timely assistance with clear explanations, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.

Shruti helped verify the setup of our store was working optimally. We set up a new product bundle that was complex in it variants and file delivery. Shruti helped verify the setup was working as expected. She was also easy to seek out and work with.

Just started using Pendora but onboarding was very easy and quick. The steps are well laid out and explanatory. I wasn't expecting to have live help when verifying everything was setup correctly as you are directed to do via the steps and a Green button but it was certainly a nice touch to know there's actually someone there to help when needed. We will see how everything goes over the next few weeks but I'm confident and hopeful (an oxymoron, I know) it all continues to go smoothly.

Excellente application ! Je suis vraiment très satisfait de cette application, elle est simple à utiliser, très bien pensée et fonctionne parfaitement. Elle m’a fait gagner beaucoup de temps et m’a énormément aidé dans la gestion de ma boutique. Un grand merci à Najmus pour son professionnalisme, sa réactivité et son aide précieuse. Le support est rapide, clair et toujours efficace. Je recommande cette application les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui veulent améliorer leur boutique Shopify !
