I just downloaded this Digital Downloads PDF app and so far it's better than the Shopify Digital Downloads App. I spoke with Praveen and he was very helpful with setting up my app to work the way a digital download file app should. I recommend this app if you're having issues with the Shopify Digital Downloads App.

日本語の言語設定はないのですが、チャットにてスタッフのGouravさんがすぐに対応してくださいました。 自分の追加した商品が問題なく動作するかを無償で確認してくださるので、日本人でも安心して使えるアプリでした。

La aplicación es sencilla de utilizar, aún no he probado si funciona bien, espero que así sea, pero el servicio de atención está muy bien. Eso si, necesitas saber inglés o tener un traductor pata poder ponerlo todo en marcha. Aditya, el señor del servicio técnico, muy majo!

Easy to set up digital downloads for my Shopify store BigEarnHub.com PDF upload worked smoothly and the email delivery preview looks great. Good free plan with unlimited products. Recommended for digital product sellers. Thanks Najmus

I had a bit of an issue setting up my Shopify account for digital downloads. Clicked on the support button, and BAM!!! a REAL person. Shruti asked for screenshots and guided me through the entire process and was extremely patient as I navigated through the multiple windows on multiple screen on my end. In under 15 minutes, I am now up and running.. Thanks Shruti, you were a GREAT help!!!
