It took me a bit of time to figure out how to use this app. Where I struggled was with selling one product but with multiple variants; 2 art files with 2 different types of files (svg and png) and offered at 2 different price points. I was able to finally get it set it up the way I had wanted, and Gourav and Shruti were helpful and able to confirm it was working correctly. They both were also very kind and responsive to my needs. What would be very helpful to folks such as myself who are visual learners is having some YouTube "how to" tutorial videos available on your website or landing page.

Vickram was really great! He was patient with me and helped me with everything I needed to make sure my digital product was running smoothly! Shruti was also amazing! She was able to spot the issue that I was having when verifying my email with DNS. Right away it was verified and I can finally have peace with my customers getting their download.

The app is exactly what I need at the moment: A free app to which my customers can download my digital content with ease. I haven't used it a lot so far, but I'm very happy with the kind and quick customer service that has helped me with the set up and making sure everything runs smoothly. Customer support is awesome and super quick to respond! I love that I can upload files and link them to an existing product – so handy. Other apps didn’t let me access my already uploaded stuff. Big thanks for making such a great app – it’s a joy to use!
