Can't give 5 stars as I've only just started using the app, however, so far so good. I reached out to verify and test all was working as expected and Vijaya was very helpful, quick and polite and got this sorted out for me.

Easy to use, even for a beginner like myself. And if you do encounter any issues, support is quick to respond. Inspite of my frustrated state, Gourav remained kind and patient, and got me back on track in no time. I will definitely recommend this app.

I have been using this app now for a few weeks and have not had any issues. I was concerned if the customer would receive my PDF but this app connects you with a live agent who will test the link out which was super comforting! Thank you Gourav for your help!!

I had a good experience with Pendora Downloads overall. The service was simple and worked well. I also contacted chat support and had a pleasant conversation with Dinesh. He was helpful, replied in under a minute, and answered my questions clearly. Overall, a positive experience.
