Great support and very useful app. It works well for managing digital downloads and integrates smoothly with the store. I had a small issue with orders that included multiple products staying in "pending preparation", and Najmus helped me resolve it quickly. Fast response, very professional, and super helpful. Highly recommended!

The app itself works great and has been a really useful addition to our store. Overall, a great experience with both the app and the support team!
