Their customer service is amazing. I worked with Shruti and she was able to review my setup to ensure everything was working properly which included checking product creation status, confirming file upload and testing order creation. I had no issues and the process was fast and extremely easy to use. I would highly recommend this app.

Recommend this app to everyone looking to sell digital downloads. I had a nice guy called Mithun in support. Hope you guys meet him, he was very nice and helped me with my watermarking issue.

Just set up Pendora for my store and Vijaya made the whole process effortless. She was super fast to respond, walked me through every step, and made sure my digital product email was configured exactly the way I wanted. Really appreciated the patience and attention to detail — felt like she genuinely cared about getting it right. Highly recommend this app if you're selling digital products on Shopify!

This was the perfect solution for our store that exclusively sells digital downloads. Even when I ran into an issue with a customer providing the wrong email address and having to figure out how to resend their link without creating a whole new order, Mithun was very helpful in showing me how to easily resolve the issue. Thanks for this great app!

This app Pandora is a very useful app, I have a difficult issue ' I download the app within a minute ' the agent called (praven) solve the issue,and am happy at the end if you have problems to re- solve your store ' either digital product to upload to your,any kind of problems online store, just download this, very very useful, trust me

Customer Support Live Chat is always available when I need them and always helpful. Dev Team is as well when there are issues with the app itself.
