The system is very user-friendly and helps streamline the workflow effectively. There is also staff available to assist with verification and provide training on how to use it.

I was honestly shocked...I messaged and I got an immediate response! No waiting for emails for 24hrs, no email confirmation and then no response. The agent I spoke with was fast and thorough. I really didn't expect *actual* customer - but I got it. Better than I had with the other apps in this category that I tried that charged $20+ per month.

Very simple to set up. Seems pretty powerful and flexible. The support is fast and helpful. I recommend this product if you are looking to sell digital downloads.

Great app for digital downloads Pendora made it super easy to deliver my digital products automatically right after purchase. Setup was simple and everything works smoothly with Shopify. Huge thanks to Mithun for the helpful support and quick responses whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re selling ebooks or digital files

The communication and attention to the question at in verifying that my digital product was working on the customer's end was handled with utmost professionalism.
