What an excellent customer support by Ana. We have apparently an old version of Shopify where we couldn't embedded the app ourselves. Ana did all the embedding for us and even adjusted the design so it matches with our shop. Can really recommend the app but also their customer service if you need any help.

We had first tried another product finder app and failed there at configuring the results. With this app, we had the entire quiz designed within a few hours. The app has all the features we wanted and the customer support from Ana and Stefania was the best we've ever had in the last seven years of using apps from the Shopify store! Every question we asked was understood right away and the solutions were always super precise, helpful and supportive. We highly recommend!

I had pleasure of having the best support today while setting up my quiz. I am not extremely tech savvy, and Stefania helped me out with everything. She made sure that I was able to integrate the quiz even though my theme is not a 2.0 version. So we went with a button and also on the menu at the top of the website. She even made some extra customizations. I am very impressed with this app. Not to mention the quiz itself has customers raving! Thanks again!

For an app that bills you quite substantially per month, they don't bother even to reply to live chats or respond within 24 hours... it's not good enough...
We appreciate your review and completely understand that our app was not good enough for your needs - we strive to add multiple features and improvements every week. However, there are two important corrections we would like to make regarding your claims: you were not billed for using our app as we offer a 14-day free trial; the delay between your first message and our reply was 17h. We genuinely regret that we were not able to respond as swiftly as you would have liked in this instance, but we always reply within one working day, as timely customer support is one of the core values we are proud to offer. Thank you again for your feedback.

Once you get used to the workflow you can create great product Quizes that help customers to find the perfect product

Horrible I can't even add the quiz to my page it keeps saying it refuses to connect and also when I needed help the team wasn't even responding
Hi there. We're terribly sorry but we're not really sure what you're referring to in your message. There's nothing that needs to connect to be able to add the quiz to the store. We're very sorry as well that we were offline when you sent your original message, but we have replied within 1 hour of receiving it, as soon as someone was available. Our support team has been in touch several times since and we have not been able to contact you. We would love to do anything we can to clarify the issue and resolve this for you.

We really like using this app! It helped to solve the problem of locating the best product for your customers on our website. Now looking forward to developing even further our quiz and generating more sales. PPF Team is very friendly and nice in assisting us regarding the customization of the quiz. With their help, we managed to make it look as good as we wanted it to :) I was very pleased with the result and how efficiently all the changes were implemented. I would totally recommend it! I was very pleased with the ease of setup on this quiz - I mean, I really didn't need anything other than the free, one-question, but when I scale my business, I may need the fancier paid-for version, and I'll be ready to upgrade.

So far so good. Installed it and played around in the app. After two days i did got a great service from the customer service with our free plan and also build a demo quiz with a advanced and extended information video of 20+ minutes personalised with our own brand and products. We will test it soon with our real customers.

App works very well. Also very user-friendly! I was having some technical issues with my app before launching our website and the team answered the live chat instantly and spent a couple hours resolving the problem so I could launch on time! Great app and Great customer service!
