Perfect solution for my site after searching many other apps available who offer quiz/surveys. This one is SOOO simple to use and produces a good looking quiz. My business is women's fashion with a slightly higher av$ spend, so I needed something that fit the feel of my brand and not feel too 'game-ified'. Armon was amazingly easy to reach, very friendly, helpful and open to the suggestions I offered as small enhancements to the app. This app is perfect for my use right now, and I cannot wait to see what improvements come along soon! If you want a simple, easy to use quiz app that looks good on your site, this is it.

The App is excellent. It works very well and the configuration is very intuitive. I was able to put together my first Flow without any help. I have spoken with support and they respond instantly and have resolved my concerns. Totally recommended.

This app is perfect for guiding customers to completely unique and customized products for your store. It is incredibly easy to get setup and the team is very responsive to any issues if you need support. Have only been installed for a few days and it is already converting customers.

I was on a demo call with one of the team members and they walked me through the process of building my first quiz flow and it was easy to understand. Most guided selling apps on Shopify focus on logic jump points and you don't have to do that to get the results you want, which is great for merchants that aren't tech-savvy. The UI of this app is similar to the 2.0 theme builder making it easier to learn than other guided selling apps. There are a few hiccups like you can't change the primary color via entering a HEX code just yet, as the app is in the process of getting a makeover. But BEAM works fast at fixing bugs and updating products so this should be fixed soon. Plus, they have exceeded my expectations in customer service for a free app. They have an in-app chatbox that answers quickly and won't leave you hanging. Plus, the user experience of the rest of the website isn't a stark difference as the theme setting features a variety of Google fonts and allows you to change your background and add media that fit your branding. App Connectivity: 5 Stars Learnability of App: 5 Stars Implementation: 5 Stars Integrations: 5 Stars Customer Service: 5 Stars Pricing => beta: 5 Stars This app is in beta and it's a good idea to test it with your store to make some sales and see how this can grow your business, especially if you integrate it with BEAM's AfterSell app. 10/10 would recommend. Update: BEAM has fixed the bugs and now it works beautifully with my Shopify store! After talking to support, the team quickly worked on fixing those bugs; something that other apps don't do. BEAM is responsive to their app user's needs and I respect that.

I downloaded this app to help my customers find products easier. In the first place the set-up was very easy and there were clear guides on how to set it up. I had some questions before publishing my first quiz and I reached out to the support, Sam emailed me fast and helped me finish the remaining tasks to set up my quiz. I highly recommend this app since it’s easy to use and the support is amazing!

Since it's easy to set up, I like it. Works without any mess. Now it is almost perfect because it has a language option. In addition to that, they say they will improve it more. I am really looking forward to seeing their update in the future. I recommend this app. They have an amazing support team include Doeke. You can get robust help anytime. I had tried some quiz apps. And I can say this is the best so far.

Very smooth UI on the front-end. I've heard from customer support that they are coming with some more features soon, which we do need eventually. Fast response time too
