Fantasic app and stellar support. Discounteo is, in my opinion, an essential app for any online store. It offers many features, all of which are extremely useful. Its great stability and outstanding support make Discounteo a must-have. Highly recommended.
I was having an issue with spam customers generating bogus discount codes that would never be used. Obviously I don't want to pay for those so I reached out to support for a solution. Not only did they offer more than one, but Dominik was so patient with my questions to help me get to a final resolution. He even offered to not charge me for the first month while we figured everything out. Good customer service like this is hard to come by. Thank you again!
Great app for creating discounts. It's highly customizable and perfectly suited my needs. The customer support was outstanding, thank you very much.
"60% of the time, it works every time." Every once in a while it randomly does not generate a code for a customer, then they see no code in the automated email I send them, they email me, and I have to take time out of my day to manually generate a code for them. And that's just the customers that DO email me back. I have no idea how many sales I'm missing out on because it doesn't generate the code, but the customer doesn't bother emailing me. Support said they'd investigate it and get back to me, but it's been almost a week and still no resolution.
