Excellent app and over-the-top customer service. I had an issue with the code firing properly and Personal Discount was on it with a solution. They also did a quick addition to the app to handle multiple sales of the same item in the cart.

Lukasz has been very helpful in developing the app further to meet our requirements. Really great support! Imagine quality of the codes could be a bit better, but that does not stop us from using this app further. Great app in comparison to the other options!

We use this app to generate discount codes for our new customers and abandoned cart emails. Lukasz has been very helpful and patient in helping us integrate with Mailchimp and solve other problems. Overall, the app works really well - would definitely recommend it.

rectification review I encountered a problem with the email reference. I hope to be able to use this application soon.
I replied around 7 hours ago. I'm sorry that you didn't get my response. Maybe it landed in the spam folder? Here is what I replied: "Thank you for reaching out. Could you please add a bit more details on how you noticed that it's not working? I just double checked that Personal Discount generates unique discount codes correctly with emails from ActiveCampaign. I probably need to clarify that the discount code is being created at the moment when someone opens the email. The discount code is presented as an image, so images also have to be enabled in the email client. In other words, when a subscriber doesn't open the email or images are disabled then a discount code won't be created. Does that make sense?"

Very simple to enable and integrate with Mailchimp. Great app and the support is first class. Highly recommended.

Easy installation. Does not impede the speed of your site. Runs quietly in the background. Integrates with mailchimp without issue. Configuration - for a email marketing novice like me was a challenge, but once done, works exactly like it says it will. Appreciate the 50 free signups a month given I get like on average 3 or so a month right now :) If looking for a straight forward discount app - especially for new email marketing signup prospects, this is one worth checking out.

Great app, great customer service! The app does exactly what I needed it to do. Very easy to integrate with Mailchimp. Customer service from Lukasz is above and beyond. Prompt, friendly helpful replies.

I used this app to create some automatic discounts for new e-mail subscribers and it works really nice. Easy to install and use! And they have a quick and great customer service if you have questions! Definitely recommend!

Our shop has had a really positive experience with Personal Discount. Set up is easy and the app just works — you can truly set it and forget it. Mailchimp integration is smooth as butter. Pricing model is very reasonable and communication with the developer has been great. Overall, we highly recommended this app.

This App just does exactly what it says.. and it does it very well ! Support us great as well. One wish: to have the ability to create other type of discount codes for events that are also time sensitive (e.g. valid for xx days after bithdate, xxx weeks after last buy etc...)

This app is made of pure magic stuff! It's absolutely fantastic and solves a problem that we'd had for years. No more generic discount codes for customers signups! Used in conjunction with the Out of the Sandbox theme pop up registration form and Mailchimp - great support from Lukasz too. If there's only one app in your Shopify backend then make sure it's this one :)
