The app is exceptional. The creative freedom is crazy good, the analytics are amazing and, whilst the support team asked me not to mention this, but just review the app, I need to tell you, these guys are the best you'll ever experience in terms of support from an app on Shopify. Hands down. I say that as someone who's been on Shopify for 10 years. No one matches so far in my experience what these guys are willing to do to help.

The best A/B testing tool App out there. They have comprehensive features. The app is easy-to-use. And most importantly - they have an amazing team (Silvano, Sergiu) who are prompt and sincere in helping us out whenever we need anything.

We’ve tested several tools, but this one stands out as the best CRO app we’ve used. Easily the best A/B testing app on the Shopify App Store. It has all the features other apps offer, but it’s more affordable, more stable, and significantly easier to use. Plus, the customer support team is top-notch.

Whilst I am new to the app in general, Silvano has provided me literally, probably, the best Shopify app support I can recall receiving. So far I also do love everything the tool has to offer and it's very easy to use. If you are in the market for a tool like this one, I cannot see how you can go wrong here.

I can honestly only rate the customer support so far because I've only been using the app since a few hours. But man, they are really giving their best to make things work for me. Otherwise, the app offers a clean, intuitive and easy to use dashboard. 1st campaign is up and running and collecting valuable data after a few minutes of using it.

I've been using this for well over a year and find it to be excellent. Easy to set up and tune popups for different markets, types of buyer, pages landed on etc. Clear results too.

There is so much you can do with the Personizely app, I feel I haven't used it to it's full potential yet but their support team is very helpful at showing how to use the app.
