I don't give bad reviews, but I dont want other small business to waste their time or money. I spent more than $1k in monthly fees, a year of frustration, wasted hundreds of hours of my time, and disappointed many customers with their terrible platform and junk for a database. Nothing worked as promised, you have to touch everything multiple times. most orders from your customers will be for "discontinued or out of stock" items, so you have to try to offer a substitute (more time and disappointment) They do not accept accountability - instead they blame Shopify or their suppliers. They promise free months, but never follow through. They make excuses with no improvements. I gave them so many opportunities to make things right and waited a long time for improvments but at some point you have to stop wasting time and money. If you care about the reputation of your own business- DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm not one for giving sub par reviews, but at this point, anyone considering this app at this point in time, should wait until a more intuitive app is created. Although Jenene is pleasant, too many promises have fallen to the wasteside. We have had to fix descriptions, random code parsed throughout the titles and descriptions, Images that are sized incorrectly and take up half the page, or are too blurry to use. Fix pricing issues, product images that show 3 colors, but no way for a customer to pick a color. -- We had to create a special field to capture this info. One product may have several variations, but because variations were not set up, the same product appears 5-7 times. After trying to set up my own variations, I come to find out that her app does not support any type of variations, meaning that although the product has inventory, it shows up as having no inventory when you try to merge the product together. It has been a constant headache. We always ask if there's anything we can do on our end to resolve some of these issues, but it ends up being one excuse after the other. Hopefully soon, this app will work the way that it's intended.

The prices that are charged for some of the products are way off. Since they were imported in bulk, I found this when I was going through the products and cleaning up the descriptions and working on the SEO. I'm giving them a chance to correct, however, if this does not get any attention, I will be dropping them as a supplier. An example is Milk-Bone Dog Biscuits Original 1ea/SM, 24 oz for $79.04. If I'm paying $109 a monthis for this app, it should be correct!
