i love the idea of this app but i hate the fact that i can only seem to have the banner at the top of my page. it looks like a search bar and makes my store look messy. is there a way that i can move the box to somewhere else on my page?

Great idea. Limited selection options had way to may customers having a hard time filling out their pets stuff (missing dog breeds and I also sell a lot of equine so people had issues with that). Also had issues with customers not getting the discount code
Hi thanks for your review. We have since fixed the issues regarding promo codes. Please note that we currently only support Dogs and Cats for pet types but plan to add more pet types in an upcoming update.

A fantastic idea, however, very much lacking. 1. You are unable to change any of the settings on the Setting page 2. Only cat and dog options. I specialize in products for small exotic mammals, having other species as options would be fantastic. 3. Completely unable to customize the pop up to your website or to see and test it. I really hope that it will be improved upon soon as it is a fantastic idea.
Latest Update (1/20/21): We launched 2 NEW features - a) Customize the pop up to your website b) Preview the App in Action Both features are now LIVE under Petlytics > Settings. Hello Mischief Pet Products, We trust you are doing well! Thank you for taking time to review our App. We absolutely loved your feedback and put it into action already. We developed a solution to the issues you wrote about. However, we support only Cats and Dogs as pets and unfortunately cannot accommodate other pets at the moment. In the next few days, we shall launch the ability for Store Owners to not only 'Customize the App' but also 'Preview the Experience' as a Store Customer moving forward under Settings.
