Nitesh und sein Team machen hier eine fantastische Arbeit. Selbst Custom-Entwicklungen sind teils möglich. Eine echte, nahbare Kommunikation und alle Probleme wurden bisher seitens dem Entwicklerteam gelöst. Eine große Empfehlung wer ein echtes und Logisches Pfandsystem braucht - vor allem im DE Markt. Wir als Online-Store und Retail-Store sind absolut zufrieden mit der Lösung hier. :) Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! the application does not work, I immediately wrote to the technical service and they still have not replied after 4 days! This morning the application is impossible to open. DNS error! Warning! uninstalled immediately!

Fantastic little app at a great price. Excellent customer care. I was trying to figure out a way to add a 2.8% fee to certain transactions on my POS only and this works perfectly! I'm impressed, usually I only find frustration in apps.

We hoped this app would help us with adding a transaction fee for credit cards. We had a difficult time getting answers from the app developer, and once they did the answers were not clear. We uninstalled the app after 7 days (which is the trial period) and they still charged us. We contacted them to ask them to reverse the fee, and they refused to do so. We were never able to successfully use the app, and got no value from it. It likely works well for other things, but not what we were trying to do. I do not recommend this app as the developer does not seem to be very professional or care about customer service. The fact that they would not refund us, even though we installed and uninstalled the app within their trial period (Installed on September 15th and uninstalled on September 22). Update: They issued us a refund after saying they wouldn't, only after we left this review and after Shopify Support directly instructed them to do so (because we only used the app during the trial period). Shopify does not manage refunds, it is on the developer to do so. I would have considered changing my review, but then they responded initially to this review by saying "2. The charging is managed by Shopify not us, for god sake don't lie." which is defamatory, and obviously so considering Shopify support confirmed.

The Store has consumed the app straight 7+ days, it was upto us to refund it or not, we decided to refund it, but this is what we get :)
